Today!

Hopefully starting insanity program today. I need to lose like 15 pounds of fat and gain a few pounds of muscle.

Breakfast (2pm)

  • packet of cashews, 320 calories
Lunch 3pm

  • fish spring rolls, too many of them
Dinner 10pm

  • more fish spring rolls, too many of them again
I really need to figure out what to eat for the insanity diet.  The good news is that I jogged about 2 miles and played a little bit of frisbee, so hopefully that counters the bad diet.
