Monday- day 1 of phase 1 (1 of 28)

I'm following the diet plan in p90x, I figure its similar enough to insanity.

proteins- 5
dairy- 2
fruit- 1
vegetables- 2
fats- 1
carbs- 1
snacks- 3
condiments- 1

first meal - 2 cups tofu and eggs (3 protein)

snack -  2 handful of chips (2 carbs) yikes!

snack - 1 mango (1 fruit)

dinner - rice with greens and duck ( 1 carb, 2 protein, 2 veggie, 1 fat )

- I wonder.. can the extra carbs count as my 'snack' intake?

  1. Hey, that's a good idea. I mean I'm just eating proteins and vegetables for the most part (except for my daily morning carb intake of cereal. Thanks for sharing, i'm gonna use this.

  2. That's for my metabolism. I'm sure you'll want to increase your protein and vegetable intake to match yours.
