I'm following the diet plan in p90x, I figure its similar enough to insanity.
proteins- 5
dairy- 2
fruit- 1
vegetables- 2
fats- 1
carbs- 1
snacks- 3
condiments- 1
first meal - 2 cups tofu and eggs (3 protein)
snack - 2 handful of chips (2 carbs) yikes!
snack - 1 mango (1 fruit)
dinner - rice with greens and duck ( 1 carb, 2 protein, 2 veggie, 1 fat )
- I wonder.. can the extra carbs count as my 'snack' intake?
Hey, that's a good idea. I mean I'm just eating proteins and vegetables for the most part (except for my daily morning carb intake of cereal. Thanks for sharing, i'm gonna use this.
