Holy shit, 2 days into it and i'm feeling like I want to quit already... After my workout last night I looked at this man and I said "I hate you"...
That being said, I've been eating nothing but salads for lunch and dinner and yogurt or cereal in the morning for the past few days. It's been working out pretty well.
*On a side note: I got my blood test result back from the doctors, he said my liver ailment is back (fatty liver)... which means more exercise, no more booze, and only really healthy food for the rest of my LIFE...
I guess this is nature's way to keep me fit. I'm not even that fat of a guy, sheesh... 5'10" 193 lbs.
Nice, I've been wanting to start that myself. I'll probably start on Wednesday, when I get back from vegas. I'm proud of you. I'll be joining in the pain soon.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I'm sorry you have fatty liver. Perhaps you'll end up much healthier because of it. On the plus side, there's been lots of advances in liver transplant, in case you want to think about the worst case scenario.
